Blackberry Tiramisu

Fairytale Blondies layered with blackberries and a light and fluffy mascarpone filling offer a refreshing spin on a traditional Italian dessert!

This no-bake blackberry tiramisu is the perfect addition to any spring or summer event. We used our buttery Cheesecake Swirl Blondies. Our fudgy Original Magic Morsels would be scrumptious, too!

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until thickened – NOT stiff peaks. Combine the mascarpone cheese with the heavy cream until well blended.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sugar, and water. Then microwave this mixture for 30 seconds on high. Beat with an electric mixer until it becomes dense and lighter in color (sometimes white) – 5+ minutes.
  3. Add the egg yolk mixture to the cream mixture and beat until well combined.
  4. Dip each blondie into the blackberry liqueur and place them in an 8x8 inch baking dish to create a single layer.
  5. Spread half of the cream mixture over the blondies, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  6. Then sprinkle the blackberries evenly over the cream layer.
  7. Place the rest of the blondies over the cream mixture and then spread blackberry jam over them.
  8. Finally, spread the rest of the cream mixture over the blackberry jam, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  9. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the dessert to set.
  10. Before serving, decorate the top with fresh blackberries and dust with powdered sugar.
  11. Serve chilled.
